Current Opportunities :

• LPN– Full time /part time: Evenings and Nights as well as every other weekend. Pay range: $25.00-37.00 per hour The primary purpose of this role is to assume responsibility for clinical care within your scope of practice as an LPN and support caregivers in their daily assignments as needed. Assists the Director/Manager in overseeing processes that support care including teaching, communicating with medical services, and other activities to ensure high-quality care on a day‐to‐day basis.
• CNA– Full time/part time: Includes very other weekend. Pay Range: $18.00-27.00 per hour. Must have a valid, NYS CNA License, showing completion of NYS approved CNA program, a passion for seniors, and dependable and reliable! Our residents, their families, and your team count on you!
• Culinary Assistant– Full time, Part time, and Per Diem. Pay range: $15.00-21.75 per hour. Must possess a high school diploma or GED; Serve Safe certification helpful; Previous work experience in a kitchen, preferably in a long-term care facility very helpful.
• Housekeeper: Full Time: Days. Pay Range: $15.00-21.75/hr. In this position you will be responsible for thorough cleaning of all public space to include floors, restrooms, wet mopping, stocking linen carts and HSKP closets; resident rooms daily must be cleaned and sanitized, making beds as needed; trash removal.  Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
