C.N.A. Trainee Opportunity- Partnered w/ MCC

Exciting Opportunity for those wanting to become a C.N.A.! 
We have partnered with MCC and we will sponsor qualified applicants to take the 5-week C.N.A. training program to include clinicals.  Once you have successfully completed the program and exam, you will have a C.N.A position with us!  We pay your wages while in the program as well as the tuition!
Classes starting soon!  Full & Part-time spots are available. Rate:$15/hour while in the MCC program, 37.5 hours a week

Position Summary:

  • New hires will work as a Hospitality Aides on the units, working Monday-Friday 8 am-4 pm until MCC course starts.
  • Once the course starts, the trainee will attend classes only, receiving hourly wages while attending the course.
  • Once the course ends and you’ve successfully passed and received licensure, you will enter a CNA role with us. Varied shifts Monday-Friday, & every other weekend. Various shifts will be available. The rate of pay will change to reflect the CNA rate. Pay range: $18.00hr-$27.00hr.

Duties once you are certified:
*Assists in promoting quality of life for our residents.
•Assists residents with all ADL’s.
•Takes vital signs and weights and reports to RN/LPN team leader.
•Ambulates, lifts, and transfer residents as per individual care plans.
•Assists with feeding residents, tray distribution, and recording of intakes per policy.
•Interacts and fosters a positive relationship with staff, residents, and families consistently projecting a positive, caring, courteous, and responsive environment.

Qualifications: Previous experience required as a home health aide, resident care aide, or any other health care experience preferred.
