We’re hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team and provide exceptional, compassionate care to our residents.

Choose What Works for You!

Regular LPN Opportunities
• Full-Time & Part-Time: Pay Range: $29.00–$39.06/hr
• Per Diem: Starting at $30.00/hr — minimum of 2 weekend shifts (16 hours) per month required

12-Week LPN Contract Opportunities

• Full-Time Contract: Starting at $40.00/hr — 40 hours/week required
• Part-Time Contract: Starting at $35.00/hr — 24 hours/week required

Contract Shift Requirement: Contract LPNs must be available to work at least 2 of our 3 shifts (Day, Evening, or Night) for the duration of the 12-week contract.

The referenced pay ranges represent the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Available Shifts

• Days: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Evenings: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
• Nights: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM

Weekend & Holiday Requirements

• Full-Time, Part-Time & Contract LPNs: Every other weekend (EOW)
• Per Diem LPNs: Minimum of 2 weekend shifts (16 hours) per month
• All LPN positions participate in the holiday rotation

As an LPN, you’ll provide hands-on clinical care while supporting and guiding caregivers to ensure our residents receive the high-quality care they deserve.

What You’ll Need

• Valid NYS LPN License (must be in good standing)
• 1+ year of experience
