• LPN– Full time /Part time/Per Diem: Days & Evenings-Includes every other weekend.  The primary purpose of this role is to assume responsibility for clinical care within your scope of practice as an LPN and support caregivers in their daily assignments as needed. Assists the Director/Manager in overseeing processes that support care including teaching, communicating with medical services, and other activities to ensure high-quality care on a day‐to‐day basis.  Must have 1 or more years of experience. Pay range: $25.00-37.00 per hour
• CNA– Full time/Part time: Days, Evenings & Nights- Includes every other weekend. Must have a valid, NYS CNA License, showing completion of NYS approved CNA program, a passion for seniors, and must be dependable and reliable! Our residents, their families, and your team count on you! Must have 1 or more years of experience. Pay Range: $18.50-25.50 per hour
• Shower Aide– Full time/Part Time: Days/Evenings- 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm. Includes every other weekend. Must have a valid, NYS CNA License, showing completion of NYS approved CNA program, a passion for seniors, and must be dependable and reliable! Our residents, their families, and your team count on you!  Pay Range: $18.50-25.50 per hour
• CNA- 8 Week Contract– Full time/Part time: Days, Evenings & Nights- Includes every other weekend. Must be available to work all shifts.  Must be flexible in working all units. Must have a valid, NYS CNA License, showing completion of NYS approved CNA program, a passion for seniors, and must be dependable and reliable! Our residents, their families, and your team count on you! Must have at least 1 or more years of experience.  Pay Range: $25 hour. *When under contract you will not be eligible for dental or vision insurance, or paid vacation time. If you meet the eligibility requirements you may enroll into medical insurance under a part time rate.  Must work a holiday to get paid for the holiday.

*The referenced pay ranges represent the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
