HR Coordinator
We have an exciting opportunity available for a full time HR Coordinator!
The HR Coordinator will provide administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department, handling a variety of tasks related to the recruitment process and working through the day-to-day activities of HR such as onboarding, benefits and compliance, maintaining accurate record-keeping, and HR records. They will assist with the entire employee lifecycle, from initial application to departure, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Posting job vacancies and tracking applications.
- Screens and facilities interviews.
- Assists with conducting new employee orientations and onboarding.
- Performing background checks and reference checks.
- Maintaining employee records (both paper and electronic).
- General HR Support:
- Maintaining HR databases and ensuring data accuracy.
- Assisting with benefits administration and payroll.
- Assist with onboarding and new employee orientation. Producing and submitting HR reports.
- Supporting other HR functions as needed.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Associate degree; or equivalent experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years of HR experience required.
Must be efficient in Microsoft Office. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail is a must. High level of initiative & independence required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills: Must have the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with employees and other departments.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite: Knowledge of HRIS databases and payroll systems preferred.

Pay Range: $23.00hr-$30.00hr. NE
