Sous Chef

Are you passionate about serving others?  Do you possess the skills to be a positive role model?

We are seeking an individual who has a minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Lead Cook or Sous Chef within a Fine Dining Restaurant, Country Club or Senior Community. ServSafe certified Level 1 is required.

The primary function of this role will be to assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all culinary operations to include–food prep, cooking, plating, presentation, cleaning, sanitizing, organizing food areas, special catering events, and the maintaining the cleanliness and organization of food service areas.

Seeking someone who can demonstrate enthusiasm in caring for the senior population and has the ability to effectively communicate with others.

Must be available and flexible to work weekends & holidays when needed.
