Line Cook

The Highlands at Pittsford is seeking an experienced chef with a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a line cook in a fine dining restaurant, country club or senior community. Must have a High School Diploma or GED. Must be ServSafe certified, Level 1 or must be willing to work towards certification.

The primary function of this role is to prep, prepare and plate, and serve all residents and employee meals accordingly to the proper menus and/or menu production sheets.

Must demonstrate enthusiasm in caring for the senior population. Must be able to effectively communicate with others, (Verbal & written).
