We are seeking dependable, kind, patient, passionate, fun & energetic people, that love working with the senior population! Our Dining Services team is responsible for creating a warm and pleasant dining experience for all to enjoy their daily meals.
No experience is needed. Just a great attitude is needed!
Shifts start at 4 pm-8 pm. *No late hours! The schedule could fluctuate based on reservations and community events.
Essential Functions:
- Provides daily meals to residents, their families, and guests.
- Completes assigned opening and closing side work, at the beginning of a shift, and before the shift is over
- Assists in washing dishes for the dining room, as assigned.
- Participates in daily, monthly, and annual cleaning duties.
- Attends all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
- Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
- Adheres to all policies and procedures of The Highlands at Pittsford.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
