Events & Activities
Our Recreation Department oversees a ton of various activities, special interest opportunities, community projects and outings. Recreation Specialists for each area of The Living Center see to the individual and distinct interests of all Residents. In addition, Chaplain Services are available. Complimenting all this department does is a team of volunteers assisting in everything from delivering mail to one-on-one visits!
A typical week at The Living Center might include:
- A trip out to a local restaurant
- Live musical entertainment
- Happy hour
- Intergenerational programs with local grade schools
- Pet visits
- Catholic mass and communion, as well as non-denominational services
- Euchre and bridge club
- Red Hat Society high tea
- Men’s Club Luncheon
- And of course bingo!
