Full time opening for NYS Licensed RN, knowledegable and experienced in care for those with dementia to lead 40- resident Creative Care Neighborhood. Specialty program is accredited by CARF-CCAC as a Person-Centered Long Term Care Community: Dementia Care Specialty Program.

Applicant must have 3 years exp. in a leadership role with demonstrated ability to build, motivate and lead a team, problem solve, and achieve positive results.
